Clarins started the retainer partnership in early 2020, just a few months before covid changed our lives. Despite the circuit breaker and unforeseen circumstances, Clarins and the agency managed to work around the challenges in ensuring timely drops of key product launches, in a sensitive and sensible manner, with an incredible send out of over 1,000 creative kits collectively over several collections throughout the year.
In 2020, the Agency worked on a total of over 20 product releases - both new and signature ones, as well as festive releases, to ensure the brand is kept top of mind and has an increased share of voice across media channels. With sustainability at the core of the brand, every creative kit challenges the team with functional and useful add-ons to reduce packaging wastage and redundancy.
With several product heroes that targets different skin needs, every influencer outreach was also carefully curated to capture and convert a wider community.
